ArubaSalsa's Covid Update!

We're proud and happy to announce that since ArubaSalsa was allowed to open up again in June 2020, we've had 0 covid contagions happen at our dance company. We've been extremely cautious and have kept our promise of doing our utmost best to keep all our students and instructors safe and healthy.

Aruba has now officially removed all covid measures since the cases are almost non-existant anymore.

1. The usage of hand sanitizers at entry will remain a permanent requirement.
2. Masks are not required, but are still a personal option.
3. There are still designated dancing areas on the floor, and we encourage our students to keep dancing on them.
4. Switching is allowed in classes again!
5. Seating is no longer at a 4 person per table max. We do still have a 4 seat per table setting.
6. You should not come to your class if you have any flu-like or covid-like symptoms or are feeling sick. Continue being responsible like always.
7. We will continue to sanitize and spray disinfectants on all common areas.
8. Our heavy-duty air purifiers will continue to be used during all classes.
9. We will continue to clean our air conditioners and air purifiers weekly.
10. Temperature screening at the door will not be enforced anymore.

ArubaSalsa thanks all its students for their continued support and for their trust. We will continue to monitor the situation and will always keep you updated. These updated policies can change back if the numbers go up.

10 Steps ArubaSalsa takes to keep your dancing environment Covid-FREE!

We are super happy and thankful to all our students who continue to come to their dance classes to have fun with us! Rest assured that we take all covid safety precautions seriously. Your health and wellbeing, and that of our instructors, is our number 1 priority.

Here are the 10 steps ArubaSalsa Dance Company takes to keep everyone safe:
1. We enforce a mandatory mask policy, and also provide one for anyone who doesn’t have one.
2. We’ve designated dancing areas that are at least 1.5 meters apart. Tables are also 1.5 meters apart, with only 4 seats per table allowed.
3. ArubaSalsa has invested in advanced, new, air conditioning units with built-in ionizers that also use outside airflow. Killing germs and keeping the air inside fresh!
4. We’ve also invested in 2 heavy-duty air purifiers for our studio. The air inside at ArubaSalsa is purified multiple times per hour!
5. We provide hand sanitizing, and everyone is encouraged to use our touchless dispenser at entry.
6. We screen everyone’s temperature when entering our building.
7. We spray disinfectants, that kill 99.9% of germs, in the air and on the seating areas and tables after each day of class.
8. We clean all commonly used areas and surfaces daily with disinfectant wipes.
9. We clean the filters of our air conditioners and air purifiers weekly.
10. There’s a no contact policy for students amongst each other (except for their own dance partners) and also reduced contact from our instructors. Instructors sanitize their hands after each interaction.

✅ ArubaSalsa has remained contagion free since the government restrictions were lifted in may 2020, and we were allowed to re-open. ✅
We have continued contact with health officials, the police department and have consistently gotten the green light to give our classes!

Together we can continue to have fun, dance, enjoy life, whilst staying safe!
